Reiki
What is Reiki Healing?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-slightly-above-body) energy healing practice that originated in Japan. The word "Reiki" combines two Japanese words: Rei, meaning "universal," and Ki, meaning "life force energy." Together, they describe the practice of channeling universal life force energy to support the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Reiki works on the belief that when our energy is blocked, stagnant, or out of balance, it can manifest as stress, fatigue, emotional heaviness, or even physical discomfort. By gently restoring the flow of energy throughout the body, Reiki helps release these blockages, creating space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and renewed vitality.
It's a non-invasive, deeply calming practice suitable for anyone, regardless of age, background, or prior experience with energy work.

How does it work?
During a Reiki session, you will lie down fully clothed in a serene and comfortable environment while I lightly place my hands on or just above various areas of your body. This gentle touch allows universal energy to flow through me to you, activating your body's natural healing systems.
To enhance your experience, I include personalized crystal therapy, selecting crystals intuitively for each session based on your individual energy and needs, and positioning them on or around your body to aid the healing process. I also incorporate Tibetan singing bowls and cymbals, as they promote relaxation, calm the nervous system, and help release stagnant energy.
Each session is guided by your energy's needs in the moment, rather than a fixed routine. You may experience warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, emotional release, or a profound sense of calm, and some may even drift into a light sleep. There’s no "wrong" way to Reiki; whatever unfolds is precisely what your body requires. Sessions usually last around 60 minutes and often include gentle intuitive guidance and messages that arise during our time together.
