"The first thing I want to say is how incredibly safe I felt throughout the entire session. I'd wanted to try Reiki, but no one gave me the sense of security and softness that Deepa provided. I found her on social media, and it felt like light at the end of a tunnel I'd wanted to get out of for a while.
 

She asked what I was hoping to get from our session, and all I could say was, 'I want to feel more at home in my own body' — and she delivered exactly that. From the start, she was able to tell me things no one else could have known, and I could physically feel her pulling stagnant energy and stored trauma out of my body. She was doing cord-cutting without even telling me, and I could feel the cords being cut. It was a very emotional experience, but the entire time I felt grounded and protected.

She helped me more in one session than anything else I've tried has managed to accomplish. I've realized these sessions aren't a one-and-done thing — they're maintenance to keep your body's energy moving smoothly.
